Summary: In the Rooms especially kitchen (stove) and toilet are old and yellow inside, they don’t work properly, I reported but maintenance didn’t do any different with them

Summary: This hotel was booked last minute and it was adequate overall. The lobby area was clean and the reservation process was smooth. The room was fairly clean but outdated. You'll need to request dishes and utensils from the front desk. The downside was that there was no hot water or water pressure in the shower. We had to use a local gym for showers and it was inconvenient. But overall, it's solid but no frills

Summary: There were roaches in our room. Old furniture. Stains and chipping on table. Water did not get hot. Advertised breakfast. Barely continental. Breakfast bar and coffee/tea.

Summary: Although it was my mistake booking only one night instead of two, it would have helped if the front desk had confirmed my stay dates at check-in. They were accommodating when I requested a room change due to a noisy fridge, but when I returned from an outing, my belongings had been thrown out because of the misunderstanding. They offered me another room, but at a higher rate, so I booked the same hotel at a different location through Hotels.com for less. A simple policy to confirm stay dates at check-in could prevent this in the future.

Summary: No pillows or blankets for roll out bed and sheets were not clean. Poor design only 6-8 inches to walk through between roll out bed and tv table. Torn drapes.

Summary: Under the normal circumstances, I have no problem staying here however, this particular experience I get a room with a bed that’s only 14 inches off the ground, talking about its accessible, accessible to who? Even a little person would have problems getting out of that bed. So they switched me to a different room the couch look like Freddy Krueger got to it, and the TV was positioned so the two beds couldn’t see it so I had to MacGyver that so that I could watch TV. For the amount of money that I spent it just wasn’t worth the experience so unless I get this hotel at 50 or $60 a night it’s not worth the time and energy even for one night. You’re better off staying at the one closer to Columbia 100 Parkway or going to the one over in the corporate park down the road. Not staying here again.
